Written for legal and compliance teams evaluating Omniscient Partners for an audit engagement.

1. The Non-Integration Rule

We do not integrate with your CRM. There are no OAuth loops, no API keys, and no "read-only" syncs. You pass us a static CSV of closed-lost targets. We pass you back an Excel workbook and a PDF. This circumvents IT backlog and eliminates persistent access risks.

2. Hardened Pipeline

Your CSV is loaded onto a standalone, hardened local machine. It does not touch cloud storage. The enrichment scripts query public endpoints with individual rows of data to scrape public signals.

3. 30-Day Purge Policy

All engagement data—including the static CSV, intermediate enrichment files, and final deliverables—is permanently purged from our systems 30 days after the engagement kickoff. This zero-retention policy is guaranteed in our MSA.

4. Single Operator Setup

Omniscient Partners is a specialized solo operation run by Pranith in San Francisco. There are no offshore research pools, no account managers, and no junior analysts accessing your data.

5. Authorized Sub-Processors

During the audit, segments of your data (e.g. company names, urls) may be securely passed to the following endpoints for specific enrichments. All APIs encrypt data in transit via TLS 1.2+:

• Anthropic (Claude): For logic and language generation (zero data retention / non-training clause active).
• Apollo: For contact resolution.
• Proxycurl (Nubela): For headcount and leadership querying.
• PredictLeads: For job-board intent signals.
